Ally's two week appointment stats

Ally is growing like crazy! Outfits that didn't fit just last week now fit her perfectly and she has even grown out of a few! We took her to the Doctor last Friday for her two week appointment and she was 9 pounds 9 1/2 ounces! I couldn't believe it! (For refrence: when we left the hospital she was down to 8 pounds 2 ounces) She was 22 1/4 inches long and her head was 36 1/4 Cm. She is eating great and sleeping better-she still has some trouble with gas at night but she does sleep 4 hours at a time overnight so that helps! I'll add a photo soon...

Evan's Halloween Party

Evan and I and Ally went to my Mom's Group's Halloween Party on Sunday night. It was so fun to see all the kids dressed up so cute! Evan was a Leopard and actually stayed in his costume the whole night! He loved all the food and playing with his friends as usual. Happy Halloween to all!

Ally week two and big brother Evan

It's hard to believe it's only been just over a week since we brought Ally home from the hospital but in many ways it seems like she has always been here. Yes, we are getting some sleep (for those of you who have been asking) Ally has been a good sleeper so far. Evan is doing OK, he has his moments but can you blame him?

Meet Ally Kay Shurson.

Here is Ally on her first day. She weighed 8 lbs, 10 oz and was 21" long. Her delivery was MUCH faster than her brother's and everyone is greatful, especially Meliss.
